Chef Amanda has been working in kitchens and restaurants since she was 15 years old. She has done everything from the Dalai Llama’s 80th birthday cake to celebrity private events to cooking classes in client’s homes, and even running restaurants! She has cooked in a variety of restaurants and has been a Pastry Chef. She loves cooking and baking and enjoys teaching people all the things she has learned along the way to put an amazing meal on the table for friends and family to enjoy. Now everyone can enjoy Chef Amanda's elevated bakery quality cakes and treats!
